DMCA Policy

Thai Coconut Sweet Sticky Rice respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Thai Coconut Sweet Sticky Rice website, you may notify our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Thai Coconut Sweet Sticky Rice may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page, specifying "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject.
